Inclusive Growth Evaluation: Data Collation & Analysis

SFT is continuing to implement an action research study into the inclusive growth impacts of infrastructure, using the monitoring & evaluation framework (M&EF) developed and refined since 2022 on behalf of SFT. Currently this M&EF is being tested with 14 projects each at varying stages of development. This testing involves establishing whether the anticipated impacts being measured can be evidenced over a period of time, thereby providing a clearer understanding of infrastructure’s role in this important policy priority. We are seeking to secure support in implementing this study on a single-supplier framework basis for a possible period of 4 years (an initial term of one (1) year and up to three (3) additional one year renewal terms, renewed at SFT’s discretion upon providing two (2) months’ notice to the successful supplier).
