BNSSG ICB south to commission Hospital Discharge and Community Support at Home Service under the new Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Beds Services Specification Framework (Lot 1- Discharge to Assess Service) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) residents. NHS Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Care Services Framework (SBS Framework, Reference: 10230). The Commissioner is awarding the contract to British Red Cross in accordance with the NHS Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Care Services Framework (SBS Framework, Reference: 10230). The initial contract term is 2 years and 10 months commencing 1 June 2024 - 31 March 2027 and an optional further 12 months to 31 March 2028. The total contract value is £1,634,054.16 This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
