GB-Bath: University of Bath Wessex House Roof Replacement

Tender description

The project involves the replacement of the main roof on Wessex House at the University of Bath as well as the rooves on the two lift motor rooms. The work will include: • Strip out of existing roof back to deck substrate • Inspection and any repairs required to falls, deck substrate and substructure • Installation of new roof system (including primers, underlay, waterproofing, insulation and capping components) • Installation of any additional finishing components such as flashing and lightening protection and any required reinstallation of stripped out features such as edge protection and plant Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
