Electrical Maintenance

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply of the electrical maintenance and repairs of all power and lighting circuitry, emergency light testing, fixed installation and portable appliance testing in Mid and East Antrim Borough Council buildings. This contract will be for all electrical services within the Borough including scheduled Electrical installation certification, Emergency lighting certification, PAT testing any remedials from the before mentioned along with any reactive repairs and minor upgrades. This contract will include provision of electrical equipment for any Council run events as agreed with Facilities Maintenance. There may also be a requirement to have 2 engineers pool plant trained to cover back washing duties across the Borough’s three Leisure Centres. The current building list relating to this contract is in Appendix A of this document, but this is subject to change, the successful tenderer will be notified of any such changes.
