Tender description

Supply and installation of 30-minute rated fire doors within the main corridor of 44 residential flats to address a health and safety deficiency identified by NIFRS in relation to a lack of fire compartmentation in corridors within the University College’s Halls of Residence buildings. These doors are to be linked into the fire alarm system in each building to allow each door to be held open for general use, but then automatically closed if there is a fire alarm activation in the building. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system – BUILDING. Refer to Contract Notice for categories.
