Tender description

City of Wolverhampton Council have recently completed a section of cycleway / footway along the A4150 ring road central reserve, connecting the city centre to Waterloo Road. This is part of a multi-phase project to improve sustainable links between the city centre, ring road and other existing cycle links across the city. City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking an organisation to deliver the preliminary investigation and design work for the next phase, extending the cycleway / footway along the ring road from Stafford Street junction, then via Lock Street to A4124 Wednesfield Road, to connect to other existing cycleway / footway infrastructure. Utilising Midlands Highway Alliance Framework PSP4
