Tender description

London Borough of Hackney's vision is to provide a top of its class shared mobility service, which is accessible, equitable and sustainable, providing residents with a viable and affordable alternative to private car journeys and helping to unlock a significant reduction in private vehicle ownership in the borough. It’s essential that our vision and pathway to it are deliverable and we know this has to be done in partnership with operators, and as such, we are seeking input from bike share service operators via a soft market engagement exercise.
