Tender description

This procurement is concerned with the procurement of Demolition Services.This purchase is required because Stirling Council took ownership of the MOD site at Forthside at the end of March 2024. A suitability qualified contractor is required to be appointed to demolish the buildings that are no longer required and unsuitable for future use. The removal of these buildings is part of the project to redevelop the current MOD Forthside site.
