Plymouth City Council (“The Council”) is seeking to deliver a network electric vehicle charge points and related infrastructure across Plymouth primarily to serve those residents who do not have access to off-street parking. The equipment and the infrastructure required will vary according to the need at each location. Utilising funding from Department of Transport’s LEVI project, and using a concession approach the Council is seeking to work with Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Operators to deliver and manage publicly accessible EV charge points within Plymouth.
