Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for Multi Element Improvement Works, Belfast Region to 18 No dwellings. For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Winter 2025; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion.
