Tender description

Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake ‘Disabled Adaptation - Riverview Meadows Garage Conversion’. The work will consist of a conversion to existing garage into bedroom; existing utility room to shower room and existing rear room to utility room; including M&E alterations recommended by an Occupational Therapist. These works will be carried out in an occupied property (family with disabled needs) and as such the Contractor is reminded that all necessary precautionary measures shall be taken to ensure the safety of occupiers and visitors. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information and the Contract. Refer to Contract Data for Works Information and detail of the Contract.
