Soft Market Test - L3 Functional and Technical Support for Oracle Cloud

This Soft Market Test is desired to deliver an understanding of what potential suppliers are in the market and to what efforts they can make to meet the service requirements. This request for information only. Any supplier invited to present to London Borough of Brent is doing so to support market research only and to help make any potential procurement process more focused and efficient. No supplier selection or supplier preference is implied. The purpose of this exercise is to briefly explain to suppliers the business and technical requirements and the expected scope of the requirement, in order that suppliers can explain the relevance of L3 functional & technical support for Oracle Cloud and their experience to the requirements. Brent Council implemented Oracle Cloud on 4th October 2021. The council has a contract with the system implementer for L3 support, which expires on 30 June 2025. The intention is to ensure that Brent has a high performing Oracle Cloud system and continues to invest in the functionality and expand the use of the Oracle Cloud system across the Council.
