Southend City Council are seeking to engage experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of responsive repairs to the Councils' Corporate Estate and the coordination of supply and installation of Decking to Southend Pier. This procurement has been divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1 is for the appointment of an experienced and qualified responsive repair contractor who can deliver the provision of responsive repairs, maintenance and remedials to the Councils’ Corporate Buildings and associated land and to assist with statutory obligations e.g. Building Control and Environmental Health. The Contract will include a 1 hour responsive element to attend to callouts during normal working hours and out of hours. The Council are seeking to appoint one contractor under a JCT Measured Term Contract under this Lot. Lot 2 is for the appointment of an experienced and qualified contractor who can deliver the provision of the coordination of supply, repairs and installations of decking to Southend Pier.
