PRJ-1365 - Take Home and Settle Service (THAS)

Tender description

NHS South East London ICB (hereafter referred to as “the Authority”) is seeking to commission Take Home and Settle services (“the Services”). The Procurement is being managed by NHS London Commercial Hub (LCH) hosted by NEL ICB, on behalf of the Authority, in connection with a competitive Invitation to Tender (RFQ) exercise that is being conducted via An Open tender process, based in part on the Light Touch procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations” (as amended)). The Services to which the Procurement relate fall within the “Light Touch Regime” (LTR) governing procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other Service Contracts. None of the references to “Open procedure”, “ITT”, the use of the term “tender process”, or any other indication shall be taken to mean that the Authority intends to hold itself bound to any of the Regulations, save those applicable to LTR provisions. This RFQ Guidance document relates to the Authority’s procurement of Take Home & Settle Service (THAS) – Lewisham & Greenwich (“the Procurement”) and should be read in tandem with the accompanying and supplementary schedules forming the RFQ as a whole. Any Contract awarded as a result of this RfQ will be subject to the terms and conditions of NHS Standard Contract.
