Meet the Buyer Event Renewal of Housing Support Grant’s Floating Support

The commissioners will be holding a Face to Face and online ‘Meet the Buyer’ event on Wednesday 13th November 2024 (9:30AM-11:30AM) in the Alyn and Deeside Room at Flintshire County Council's County Hall in Mold. And Wednesday 13th November 2024 (2:00PM to 4:00PM) for the online event to inform providers of Housing Support Grant of the Invitation to Tender process that the commissioners will follow for this recommissioning exercise. The recommissioning for Housing Related Floating Support in Flintshire will be under the following Lots: Lot 1: Young Persons Floating Support Lot 2: Criminal Offenders Floating Support Lot 3: Older Persons Floating Support Lot 4: General and Complex Needs Floating Support Lot 5: Early Prevention Project Lot 1: The current Housing Support Grant Floating Support Contracts expire on 31st March 2025 however these will be extended to allow time to conclude the re-commissioning process. Flintshire County Council Housing Support Grant Team are recommissioning their Floating Support with a view to achieving / continuing to achieve Flintshire’s outcome of homelessness being rare, brief and unrepeated. The recommissioned projects will be for housing related floating support services focussing on young people, offenders, older people, people with complex needs, people with mental health issues and people who need general housing related support. The recommissioned contracts will be open to existing providers and new providers. The commissioners will be holding a Face to Face ‘Meet the Buyer’ event at the Alyn and Deeside room, County Hall, Mold, CH7 6NB on Wednesday 13th November 9:30AM to 11:30AM and an Online Meeting Wednesday 13th November 2:00PM to 4:00PM to inform providers of Housing Support Grant of the Invitation to Tender process that the commissioners will follow for this recommissioning exercise.
