IT Support Services for AOC ALW

Tender description

We are seeking a new IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to enhance our IT operations and collaborate closely with our internal IT support team. Adult Learning Wales (AOC|ALW) has recently transitioned from a largely on-premises infrastructure to a cloud-based environment using Azure, including an Azure Virtual Desktop environment and Intune-managed endpoints.We are not seeking a traditional MSP model where client agents are installed on every user device with per-device monthly fees. Our internal team will continue to handle day-to-day IT support. Instead, we are looking for high-level support and expertise in managing and optimising our Azure and Microsoft tenant environments, as well as servicing our on-site infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, domain controllers and other network hardware.The selected MSP will focus on ensuring that these systems perform efficiently, are secure, and align with our strategic IT goals.
