Tender description
Service to edit iPSC lines, in order to insert a large section of DNA into the genome at a specific location (CRISPRi cassette to be introduced into the CLYBL safe harbour locus). Edited lines then need to undergo single cell selection and expansion, to make sure that there is a pure population of edited cells. Lot 1: Non-competitive action.
