Tender description

The aim of this work is to bring forward a spatial vision for the area, building on the existing Regeneration Frameworks, with strategic spatial planning to: • Demonstrate the scale and locations for future development opportunities. • Deliver infrastructure needed to stimulate growth, attract preferred occupier types, and where new infrastructure and public realm can help to unlock housing and employment sites. • Planning for residential and economic growth, and changes to movement in the area. • Enabling the full potential of the place and amplifying transformational benefits. • Support the growth of a sustainable and vibrant neighbourhood, that is well-connected to the city centre and surrounding communities.
