GRESHAM SPORTS PARK, HOT DRINKS CONCESSION CONTRACT

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC), to licence a small area of Gresham Sports Park car park for the purpose of running a hot drinks/ coffee concession, for example a coffee van or similar. The length of the contract would initially be from December 2024 - 27 April 2025 (exact start date to be confirmed) with an option of a further 2 extensions to cover the next 2 football seasons, providing both parties are in agreement. The first extension is set to run from August 2025 – April 2026 and the second extension is set to run from August 2026– April 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed). The Sales Commencement date is to be confirmed. Gresham Sports Park is situated off Wilford Lane, West Bridgford opposite the entrance to the Emmanuel School. The facilities at Gresham Sports Park include two artificial floodlit football pitches, six full-sized grass football pitches and one mini grass football pitch. The site hosts over 3000 bookings per year which is a combination of matches and training sessions. In addition to the high quality changing facilities and extensive car parking, the sports pavilion has a meeting room that can be hired for functions such as children’s parties.
