Tender description

To carry out masonry repair works to the limestone ashlar facades of Belvedere House along with the repair of the existing timber sash windows in the same relevant areas. To strengthen the existing first floor structure in both the South and North End Rooms from above with the installation of a steel RHS beam and the construction of a new raised timber floor area and adjustment to the existing timber dado panneling.
