Request for Information (RFI) for Document Storage and Management Services. The scope of service includes a comprehensive document storage and management services for the Trust (KCH and KFM). The service will support the Trust's strategic approach to document storage, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with NHS retention schedules, data protection regulations, and operational needs. Management of NHS patient records, digitisation (scanning) of patient records, off-site storage of patient records at supplier’s site(s), provision of third-party interim resources, shredding, destruction, and disposal of records (both on-site and off-site).
