The scope of this Contract is to provide Durham Constabulary with: Collection of seized Dogs, acceptance of dogs delivered by other means, suitable & secure shelter, supply of adequate food and welfare, facilitation of dog examinations, facilitation of compliance with the exemption requirement as outlined in section 4A & 4B of the Dangerous Dogs ACT. The restoration of Dogs to their owners UNDER PCR 2015 REGULATIONS
