Tender description
Cheshire Constabulary joined the Open University Centre for Policing Research and Learning Consortium to work in collaboration with the other police forces to allow sharing of best practice and to offer the Constabulary, where appropriate for research topics. Annual PO raised and notice can be served to cancel the Deed. This is a rolling contract which Cheshire up to the Consortium on 17th October 2023. Jane Norton confirmed that this is Exempted under Schedule 2 (Sub section 22) as a research matter having met those criteria.
