Warwickshire Connected is a messaging system that encourages two-way engagement, and enables local policing teams to send hyper-local messages to a very specific area, ensuring that the content is relevant to those users being contacted. Users can then respond in the platform directly to officers, which in turn, increases public engagement. It is used for crime appeals, taking information from the public, responding to community concerns, establishing meetings and feedback from communities and tracking engagement activity of our Safer Neighbourhood Teams
