Tender description

Digital evidence is a feature of most investigations and is becoming more important all the time. Until now, Northamptonshire Police’s Digital Forensic Unit (DFU) have managed digital evidence through an adapted version of a different service management tool. However, the primary users of that tool (the Digital Design and Technology (DDAT) team) are moving to a new solution and this has prompted the need for the DFU to source a replacement Case Management System. As well as DFU, the Forensic Collision Investigation Unit (FCIU) will also use the new system to log their cases.
