Tender description

We are looking for supplier/s who can provide: * Automatic Number Plate (ANPR) Services * Car Park Management Services * Payment Provider Services (cashless) Lot 1: Automatic Number Plate Recognition Services Provide and maintain ANPR cameras, related equipment, and a suitable back-office solution to maximise payment compliance at Customer station car parks. Lot 2: Car Park Management Services * Provide a solution which maximises car park payment compliance at approx. 110 car parks across the SWR estate while ensuring all appropriate regulations are complied with. * Ensure all car parks and bays are regularly monitored using data provided by the ANPR supplier on vehicle entries and exits, checking against payment records from the payment supplier(s) and issuing appropriate Penalty Notices to vehicles which have failed to make the appropriate payment. * Ensure all car parks and bays are regularly checked by a manual patroller, where no ANPR facilities exist or where there is extended lack of availability of ANPR data, and issuing appropriate Penalty Notices to vehicles which have failed to make the appropriate payment, using a Hand-Held Terminal. This is a summary of the requirements. Lot 3: Payment Provider Services Provide a cashless payment system for customers to pay for parking at approx. 110 SWR managed stations with car parks.
