Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are looking for a suitably qualified supplier to carry out the servicing and maintenance of wheelchairs and associated equipment in line with the Posture and Mobility Services team across the Health Board and subsequent catchment areas. The Health Board are looking to utilise a lotted approach that separates the general service and maintenance element from the reconditioning element of the requirement. The Health Board is looking to hold a Pre-Tender Supplier engagement meeting where further clarification on the requirement will be provided. This will be held via Microsoft Teams week commencing 18/11/2024. As part of this Prior Information notice, please look to provide your expression of interest to receive an invite to this event. Lot 1: BCU-OJEU-57084- Service and Maintenance of Wheelchairs within BCUHB- Lot 1 Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are looking for a suitably qualified supplier to carry out the servicing and maintenance of wheelchairs and associated equipment in line with the Posture and Mobility Services team across the Health Board and subsequent catchment areas. Lot 1 of the requirement is for the Service and Maintenance Element of the requirement- this is to be considered an all inclusive contract and the Health Board will be requesting costs for any Planned Preventative Maintenance, Call Out Costs, Parts Required. Lot 2: BCU-OJEU-57084- Service and Maintenance of Wheelchairs within BCUHB- Lot 2 Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are looking for a suitably qualified supplier to carry out the servicing and maintenance of wheelchairs and associated equipment in line with the Posture and Mobility Services team across the Health Board and subsequent catchment areas. Lot 2 of the requirement is for any reconditioning and refurbishment of Wheelchairs and associated equipment.
