Tender description

Waterways Ireland wish to undertake restoration and refurbishment works on the canal harbour walls on the Grand Canal Barrow Line, at Vicarstown Co. Laois. This tender is for the supply of replacement limestone capping stones to match the existing remaining stones and enable a complete refurbishment of all the walls. This project will secure the future of these quay walls as well as providing valuable amenities to navigation and Blueway users alike. This this tender comprises the ‘supply only’ of cut limestone which will be used to effect the repair of the quay wall by others.
