Tto provide a total of 44 Verint Project Manager consultancy days and 286 Verint Technical Consultant days Lot 1: This contract is to cover technical consultancy to support technical feasibility studies / high level design, development activities, test support and implementation support of Astra, WSS and Go Mobile workstreams. This may include, but is not limited to the following proposed Wheatley Group initiatives: - Agent Desktop improvements - ASTRA Upgrade planning and approach - WSS Replacement support - GoMobile development and enhancements - Support and patching of bugs and defects - Knowledge and process improvements - MDM support - Astra BAU support
