The provision to supply General Practitioners , Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Receptionists to all the Urgent Treatment Centres at Southend University Hospital , Basildon University and Broomfield Hospital Lot 1: The procurement process was awarded via PSR Process direct award process C the existing provider for the healthcare services is coming to a end . The proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably . The authority is of the view that the existing provide is satisfying the original contract and is likely to satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard . The incumbent provider has offered improved commercial offer and without any disruption to the present services provided vital to the organisation .
