Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the replacement of Windows, side doors and screens within our housing stock over 5 years from April 2025 to 2030 via the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Windows and Doors Framework (2020/S 235-581459) Lot 2. Lot 1: Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the replacement of Windows within our housing stock over 5 years from April 2025 to 2030 via the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Windows and Doors Framework (2020/S 235-581459) Lot 2. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in January 2025 in terms of properties being surveyed prior to manufacture, installations will be expected to commence in April 2025. SBHA wish to offer the successful supplier an initial term of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years then a final 12 months, (2+2+1) with an expiry of April 2030. Fair Work First principles apply with the successful supplier accredited as a Fair Work Employer or working towards accreditation. All employees working in our tenants homes must have been vetted under Disclosure Scotland or equivalent. Community Benefits will apply to this contract.
