Tender description

West Dunbartonshire Council require a specialist contractor to repair, maintain and occasionally replace West Dunbartonshire owned flat roofs. There is a strong reactive component to this contract and contractors will be required to deal with emergency such as failures and damage following storms etc. Lot 1: A mini - competition calling off from the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) Framework Roofing Systems and Associated Works (RS4) Workstream 1 was conducted for this tender exercise.
