South Cambridgeshire District Council - Consultation Analysis of Four Day Working Week

Tender description

We invite tenders for the provision of services to support two key components of a formal consultation aimed at understanding public perspectives on the four-day working week pilot (4DW) for staff at SCDC. The first part involves conducting a comprehensive analysis of the consultation (which involves an external survey, a similar survey for selected organisations who are representatives and an internal survey of our 600 staff), and the second part entails designing and running a structured and statistically valid survey using questions already created by the Council and our consultation advisor. All elements of the consultation will gauge local opinion. Interested parties are welcome to submit proposals for either or both components. Submissions for each part will be considered equally, and the selection process will focus on the quality of the approach, expertise, and value for money offered. Keywords: Consultation Analysis
