Lot 1: The University of Strathclyde requires a partner(s) to organise and carry out a sequence of action learning sets with public sector officials involved in the design and delivery of policies in two areas in Scotland: housing (either housing quality or homelessness) and employability (No One Left Behind). Our ambition is to achieve demonstrable progress with tackling health inequalities in Scotland by providing evidence-based commentary and new approaches to progress implementation. The gap between government policy proposals and the implementation of government policy in the areas of housing and employability, as it relates to health equity for targeted populations with particular focus on low-income families with young children and younger adult men (25-40). To effectively identify where during the implementation process of policy, and due to what reasons, the gap between policy intent and outcome occurs and the opportunities for those involved in the programme to make changes. Understanding of where there are barriers to implementation and who has the agency to make changes. This is to be achieved by January 2026 Suppliers Responsibilities Agreement of action learning approach proposed by Supplier. - Recruitment of individuals to participate in Action Learning Programme - Delivery of the Action Learning Programme. - Regular (monthly) updates on work to include emerging findings and transfer of pseudo-anonymised data relating to the programme (for example, notes taken during workshops) - A report that provides analysis of the findings from the Action Learning Programme. - Any other tasks as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of the stated outcomes.
