Shared Mobility SOC Business Case

Tender description

Cornwall Council is seeking completion of a Strategic Outline Case (SOC) business case appraisal of options for the implementation of a sustainable, zero emission shared mobility scheme, including implementation of an employee-specific and community pool car model (car club), which supports the Council’s workforce and local communities in the transition towards a carbon neutral future. The commission will also capture the agreed next steps stemming from the SOC, encompassing a Pilot Development Plan for the emerging pool car model to trial run the project and effectively assess project viability.
