Tender description

The University of Edinburgh, on behalf of the NeurEye Project, has awarded a contract to Blum Health Ltd for delivery of a proof-of-concept wellness application for using retinal image analysis to provide health insights. This contract is a grant funded piece of research development. The NeurEye Framework is a collaborative research project between UoE, The app produced would not have commercial use in and of itself; but may form the basis of future development of a commercially viable product if successful. This however would be privately funded and not connected to the University in any way other than UoE retaining the IP of the research.
