Modification Notice Original description: In September 2022, The Barnet Group Limited ("the Contracting Authority") awarded a below-threshold contract for refurbishment works to W.G. Wigginton Ltd ("the Contract"). The estimated value of the Contract was £3,500,000 (three million, five hundred thousand pounds Description of the modifications Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract): The proposed additional works are similar to the works under the Contract, namely defect correction works to a care home and therefore are not considered to change the overall nature of the Contract.
