Establishment of Multiple Operator Framework Agreement, Contractors - Minor Building / Maintenance / Refurbishment Works Donegal County Council 2025 (Donegal MD)

Donegal County Council (Donegal MD Area) is establishing a framework for a two year period initially, commencing in 2025 on a date to be agreed. There is an option to renew the contract for an additional year to 2027 and possibly a further year to cover 2028, subject to demand and budget. The scope of works covered (but not limited to) below: 1. Refurbishment of vacant houses, flats or apartments, 2. Response maintenance to current occupied DCC housing stock when required, 3. Maintain current communal areas within DCC stock, 4. Works associated with pre-letting of recently acquired DCC housing stock 5. The contractor must comply with all Health and Safety Regulations in connection with the extension and refurbishment works. 6. The contractor will be expected to deal professionally with the public on a day-to-day basis. 7. The contractor will be expected to complete refurbishment works and carryout maintenance calls in accordance with agreed programmes.
