Contract for the management and operation of the WBC’s leisure facilities

This is a prior information notice and is not being used as a call for competition. Woking Borough Council intend to issue a Contract Notice in January 2025 for the procurement of a new contract for the management and operation of the Council’s leisure facilities from 1st December 2025. Lot 1: The Council intends to procure a management contract for the operation of Woking Leisure Centre, Pool in the Park, Eastwood Leisure Centre and Woking Sportsbox from 1 December 2025. A Market Interest Day is scheduled for late-January 2025 which will provide an opportunity for interested parties to visit the facilities in scope, to understand more about the Council’s requirements for the future delivery of the services and to receive further information on the tender process. Details of timings for the Market Interest Day will be provided in the Contract Notice which is scheduled to be issued in by mid-January.
