Swansea Council intends to undertake a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) requirements at Chemical Road, Crown Street, Heol Fedw, Heol Y Deri and Maes Collen, Morriston, Swansea.To comply with the current WHQS, works will include the application of insulated render system, re-roofing, residential renewable sources and associated works as detailed in the specificationNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.3.
