Tender description

Bolton Council “The Authority” are preparing to tender for an All Age Prevention Flexible Purchasing System. This system will formally procure services provided by VCSE organisations that were previously funded by annual grants. These commissioned services will provide longer-term funding and formal contracting arrangements that provide security and opportunities for business growth and development, a clearer focus on jointly agreed outcome measures, and support the ongoing development and growth of the VCSE sector supporting children, young people and vulnerable adults across Bolton. In advance of the opportunity being advertised, the Service are carrying out a Bidder Briefing Event on Wednesday 23 October 2024, 13:00 – 15:00. This will be via MS Teams.
