Tender description

Galway County Council intends to procure an Architect led multi-disciplinary design team for works to the historic Tuam Town Hall for which Category 1 funding has been approved through the Rural Regeneration Development Fund (RRDF). Galway County Council is seeking the full range of complimentary consultancy design team services to develop the project from Stage (i) Preliminary through to Stage (v) Handover, and yet excluding, Stage (ii a) Outline Design and excluding Stage (ii b) Part 8 Planning consent
