Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) and its Leisure Development team wish to replace 3Nr. existing synthetic Pitch surfaces with the current “FIFA Standard” certified synthetic surfaces, including all associated works, at the Bishops Field Sports Centre (Cityside), Leafair Park (Cityside) and Foyle Arena (Waterside) Sites, with all associated works to run on site concurrently, and is inviting suitably qualified Consultants to apply for the role of Lead Consultant of an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) comprising all required disciplines and Specialists deemed necessary to successfully deliver the Project, which does not require Planning approval (as the proposed works are deemed to be non-material changes to the already existing approvals which are in place).
