Tender description

The works comprise the removal of existing windows, entrance area curtain walling and external doors and their replacement with new windows, entrance area curtain walling and external doors, into the existing structural openings, complete with new window ingoes, cills and heads; new window blinds. The works include the removal of the existing window lintels and their replacement with new window lintels; removal and installation of new door lighting; automated entry system for the new entrance door; door security alterations; fire alarm alterations.
