Pendle Phase 2 Construction

Tender description

Willmott Dixon Construction Limited were appointed in October 2023, via a twostage design and build tender, to design Pendle Police Station to the end of RIBA Stage 4, plus carry out early works to secure planning permission. The design was completed and approved in March 2024. A fixed price tender of £25.6m has been submitted for construction works. Other costs, such as commissioning and risk costs, have also been revalidated at the end of RIBA Stage 4 at a total cost of £2m bringing the total cost for the construction element of the project to £27.6m.
