PAN3200 - Market Engagement for Leicester City Council's Waste Contract(s) from 2028

Tender description

Leicester City Council ('the Council') would like to consult the market in relation to its waste management contract(s), including, but not limited to: household waste collections, disposal and treatment; recycling, food waste collection and associated services. The current provision is delivered via an Integrated Waste Management contract. This PFI arrangement expires in May 2028. At this stage it is soft market test only and NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ____________________________________ Soft Market Test questionnaires can be accessed and response submitted via the e-tendering portal by 12 noon on Monday, 11th November 2024 12 noon. This a a second market engagement exercise in relation to this contract or contracts (previous engagement PAN3002 Nov 2023). This exercise is a next stage of market engagement and it builds on the previous market test. All interested suppliers are invited to respond.
