Ogden Water Changing Places Facilities

Tender description

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Tender for the Changing Places facilities works required at Ogden Water, Ogden Lane, Halifax, HX2 8XZ. Funding has been secured to enable alterations to the existing Public Convenience’s to enable a changing places facility and new accessible WC. Two entrance lobby’s that serviced the old male and female WC’s were not included in the previous refurb to allow for additional space. The walls separating the existing accessible WC, lobbies and service corridor will be removed in order to achieve the minimum area required to satisfy the requirements. The area will be fully fitted out to the Changing Places specification and schedule of works provided This will include all electrical work, tiling, resin flooring, new external doors, new sanitary ware, ceiling hoist and height adjustable bed. An accompanied site visit is a condition of tender and dates / time slots will be made available via the Messaging Portal.
