Northern Medical Centre - GP Caretaking contract General Practice core services delivered as defined by NHS England Practice address: Northern Medical Centre, Holloway Community Health Centre, N7 8GG. Contract continues to be funded at the current rate: £107.57 pwp with a caretaking premium of £20.00 pwp and £5,000 pcm management fee, therefore approximately £137.01 pwp (based on 8,265.57 weighted patients). Lot 1: The Service is to provide caretaking GP Services from the Northern Medical Centre at Holloway Community Health Centre, 11 Hornsey Street, London N7 8GG. The contract is to be awarded to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C. The value of the contract over the 6-month term is £653057.
