Multi-Disciplinary Team Consultancy for Hull: Community Diagnostic Centre, Albion Square, Lot 7 mini-competition

Hull City Council (The Authority) are now seeking the following Multi-Disciplinary Design Team (MDT) to support the Council in delivering the Community Diagnostic Centre, Albion Square project: - • NEC4 Contract Project Manager • NEC4 Supervisor • Quantity Surveyor through the Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework (herein referred to as the ERPS Framework) Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery. The contract is anticipated to commence 22nd July 2024 ending by 16th May 2025 with an option to extend the contract for an additional 3 months . The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be below £230,000 overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
