Leeds Building Services have a requirement for a subcontractor to perform Minor Refurbishment Works at the Leeds Civic Hall 4th Floor. Site Address: Offices, 4th floor East (North) Leeds Civic Hall Portland Crescent Leeds, LS11UR Site access: The client has advised, access to site is via the public access, reporting to the reception desk for direction to 4th floor offices, offices occupancy times is unknown, it is therefore recommended AM access from 8am if you can that way there’s not likely to be someone in one of the rooms – if there’s a locked room should be able to get it opened via reception. Advice to Contractors: Tender returns are to include Contractor’s advice on: • Any extended lead times for materials. • Minimum lead times for contractors to start on site from receipt of an official order.
